					My lower back, left knee and right ankle have extremely limited my mobility for the last few years. I played soccer football baseball golfed and bowled all through high school.... read more I then switched to only softball and golfed in my 40s. However, the last few years my body really started to break down and all that activity took a pretty massive toll on my joints. I broke my ankle and tore my patella tendon a few years ago. After those incidents I just couldn't work out and run anymore. I gained weight and was miserable. About a month ago I started the sessions. Last week I ran on the treadmill for the first time.
